Most objects in nature, in particular leaves, are bilaterally symmetrical. These fern leaflets were plucked from the stem of the frond and re-arranged to form this contemporary design. It is interesting to see the symmetry maintained even after being re-arranged. Shown in 2 inch, walnut frame.
