Minimum Order:
A minimum order of $200.00 per order required.

Standard Terms:
2% 10 days, net 30 with approved credit. All orders are subject to credit approval - COD or Credit Card until approved. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to all past due accounts. Purchasers shall bear the cost of recovering delinquent payments.

All shipments are F.O.B. Logan, Utah, or SLC, Utah. UPS or common carrier.

LEAF Botanical Art produces high-quality wall décor. Due to the organic nature of the leaves, LEAF Botanical Art cannot, however, guarantee the colors in the leaves/seeds.
